Shipping policy

Krafting Cube currently ships orders within Canada only and offers local delivery in select areas.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for delivery.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days, depending on your location and Canada Post service times.

Tracking Information

  • All shipped orders include a Canada Post tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery for orders of $20 or more (before taxes and shipping).
  • If eligible, the local delivery option will appear at checkout.
  • Deliveries are made within 1–3 business days after order processing.
  • You will be contacted via email or text to confirm delivery arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email krafting.cube@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf.
  • Please note: Once Canada Post marks a package as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
